Barbara studied bookbinding at the Bookbinding College in Stuttgart, Germany. She has over a decade of experience in the craft of bookbinding and has consolidated this experience by attending internships at the Conservation Departments of the Victoria & Albert Museum and the British Library. In 2002 her work was accepted for exhibition in Italy, her books won gold medals at the Pride in Print Awards, the Dana Arnett Award and the 2002 Best Awards.
